Exchanges and returns
Product exchange will only be carried out in the following situations:

Product damage due to shipping methods;

If the product received is not in accordance with the product presented at purchase.
The customer must express their intention to exchange via email in the contact form on the website.
The deadline for contacting us is 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product.
If the item is unavailable in our stock, it may be replaced with another similar product at the same price.
Exchange procedure:

Get in touch via email:raianabritto1@gmail.com, with the subject: "Product failure";

Indicate in the body of the email the problem that occurred upon receipt;

Wait for the instructions indicated in the response email.
Money Back
To return your money, you have up to 7 days to make the request, starting from the purchase.
Freight
Shipping will be calculated at the time of purchase, and delivery times may vary depending on the region. In cases of exchange or return of products due to damage or unsuitability for the order, shipping costs will be covered by us.
